Faye Hammond Consultancy was formed in 2016, initially offering nursing case management services to clients with clinical negligence and personal injury ligation cases. The company has grown to include branches offering comprehensive Medicolegal Expert witness reports in the area of Care and can provide bespoke complex care packages to clients. Throughout the company, we have included all of the CQC single assessment framework objectives so that we ensure the highest quality and standards. We deliberately intend to remain a small, approachable company with a focus on person centred service provision.

Our Service Branches
Faye Hammond and her team have developed each branch of the business in order to support clients, customers and the wider treating MDT, responding to reported challenges within the industry, making us the first port of call for many early instructions as well as to step in and take on more complicated cases where a fresh approach may be required. Each branch works in isolation to each other to avoid conflict of interest and we are able to support other independent Case Managers with care packages, bringing our awareness of litigation and reporting processes, to ease the overall case pathway.

As part of our case management services, we coordinate specialist therapeutic provision to address the physical, emotional, and psychological effects of catastrophic injuries. We also recommend state-of-the-art equipment and devices to enhance our clients’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.
