During her time as a case manager, Faye Hammond has worked alongside several care agencies building robust care teams in accordance with the client’s needs, preferences and funding streams.
As a medicolegal care expert and case manager, Faye became acutely aware of the challenges experienced by her clients and claimants in respect of securing the right level of bespoke care. Faye Hammond Consultancy have supported several clients to become employers themselves for directly employed care packages, and this model may still be the right fit for those clients. However, there became a growing need, particularly post lockdowns, for there to be an in-house Complex Care branch delivering a managed service as employers of the staff to both our own clients and those of other case managers. Therefore, we are now able to recruit, employ, train, supervise and manage bespoke care packages on behalf of our clients, sourcing funds through litigation, direct payments, personal budgets, local health authorities, social services or a combination of these funding streams.
Our experience in case management and expert witness work ensure we can deliver documentation fit for ongoing litigation cases and benefit appeals. As a nurse run company, you be a reassured that the client’s needs come first.
